Introduction of the Group

The controlling shareholder of the group, Mr. Wei Zhiyong, is the owner of two nationally recognized high-tech enterprises specializing in the communications industry: Shenzhen Bolian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bolian Communication"), established in April 2017, and Shenzhen Changjin Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changjin Communication"), established in December 2019. The group’s headquarters is located in Shenzhen, China. In March 2020, Changjin Communication expanded by establishing a branch in Chengdu, Sichuan, which serves as the group’s second R&D center. Over the years, the group has developed strong R&D capabilities and built a comprehensive product system in the broadband communications field.

The group specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of broadband access terminals, wireless communication equipment, mobile terminals, and IoT smart devices. It integrates software and hardware development, production, domestic and international sales, and after-sales services. The product portfolio includes home routers, industrial-grade M2M routers, 4G CPE, MIFI, 5G smart gateways, switches, APs, PON ONTs, MMW millimeter-wave 5G CPE, and more. The group is particularly adept at providing a wide range of customized ODM services to meet the specific needs of its clients.
